Welcome! I specialize in newborn, maternity, high school senior and family photography. I am a mom of two wonderfully wild boys, who are a year apart, and the best of friends. I am a long-time resident of Middletown, and love my small town community. I enjoy cooking, even when it means making multiple dinners for my picky kids, and running (okay, if we are keeping it real walk/jogging) and traveling. I fell in love with photography in high school, and picked up photography again when my kids were little, because I needed to capture all of the moments that were flying by. Even after six years as a professional photographer, I still get nervous/ excited butterflies before my sessions, but I leave every session thinking it was the best ever session, and knowing I have made new friends of my clients. I believe in the power of prints. I am the keeper of our old family photos, and I just love looking at these images that were captured from when my great grandparents were young and sharing those memories with my children.
Your family is unique so your portraits should be too! I love designing a custom experience that meets the needs of my clients, and exceeds their expectations. If you are a busy mom or dad, please let me take care of you every step of the way. This should be a fun experience from start to finish, beginning with choosing the perfect location—I have tons for you to choose from—to selecting your wardrobe, to choosing how you will display your artwork. I take pride in putting you at ease in front of the camera. If you are including children in the session I let them play, dance and explore during your session. My sessions are enjoyable and fun. I will direct you thought the session, to bring out your most flattering angles and to create that connection between family members that we want to capture. My goal is to exceed your expectations and to help you decorate your walls with your stunning custom art, and to create heirloom albums for your family to enjoy for generations.
